Speaking of inspiration, Manchester United’s standout player this season, Amad Diallo, has praised Güler. As his team continues to struggle in the Premier League and faces the traditional festive fixtures of the Boxing Day period, the 22-year-old Ivorian shared his thoughts with Manchester United’s official channel. When asked about his new goal celebration, Diallo admitted he drew inspiration from Arda Güler.

After lavishing praise on the Turkish star, Amad confirmed he plans to keep mimicking the Madrid player’s celebration. “I saw Arda Güler do it, and I tried to replicate it because I really like the celebration. It was during a win against PAOK after a year [without a European victory], so it meant a lot to me and the team. Güler? He’s a great guy, a fantastic young player, one of the best in the world right now. Maybe in the future, I’ll come up with my own celebration, but for now, that’s what I’m sticking with,” revealed the skilful left-footer, who has impressed this season with five goals and seven assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.
Diallo’s comments reflect a deep admiration for Arda Güler, who plays a crucial role for Real Madrid. Despite his youth, the Turkish prodigy—whose playing style shares similarities with the United star—brings a significant level of quality and threat to Carlo Ancelotti’s side. Although Arsenal has shown interest in the 19-year-old midfielder for a potential Premier League move, Real Madrid’s management has firmly rejected the idea of letting him go.
