Against the Betis team, which remains unbeatable on its home ground, the Madrid formation is set up in the usual 4-3-3 formation. Back in goal, Thibaut Courtois will have to keep an eye on Ferland Mendy, who occupies the left-back position, Antonio Rudiger and David Alaba in central defence, and Lucas Vazquez on the right side. In midfield, where major absences are noted, Ancelotti trusts Luka Modric, Aurélien Tchouaméni, and Brahim Diaz. As in the previous matchday, the veteran Croatian will attempt to leave another indelible mark on La Liga by leading the Madrid team.

In attack, there are no surprises. After his dental operation, Kylian Mbappé returns to his position at the front. To support him, we have the usuals, Rodrygo Goes and Vinicius Junior. At 17:30 GMT, today’s Real Madrid team must not make any mistakes against Betis Seville, featuring Isco Alarcón and Antony, the Brazilian winger on loan from Manchester United. Defeated 2-0 at the Bernabéu in the first leg, the Seville team does not intend to be defeated again, especially as there is a chance to move closer to the top 4 with a victory.

The match will take place in the presence of two high-ranking Real Madrid officials, namely Florentino Pérez and José Martinez Pirri, honorary president of the White House, who have travelled for the occasion.
