To achieve this, the coaching staff will rely on Kylian Mbappé and Rodrygo Goes in attack. With Vinícius Júnior sidelined due to injury and having already missed two crucial matches, Ancelotti has lined up KM9 on the left flank for this match. In a 4-4-2 formation, Rodrygo Goes will be the other forward. In midfield, Jude Bellingham will take on the playmaker role ahead of Federico Valverde, Dani Ceballos, and Aurélien Tchouaméni, who returns from injury.

As for the rest, there are no significant changes in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting XI, with Ferland Mendy once again starting on the bench. On the left side of defence, Fran García, who has been dazzling Madrid fans in recent weeks, will aim to shine again against the Basques. Meanwhile, Raúl Asensio, now an undisputed starter in central defence, will partner with Antonio Rüdiger. Lucas Vázquez will occupy the right-back position.
