That remark triggered another sharp response from the German journalist, who criticized the idea of making private exchanges public. Plettenberg replied: “Good to know that you’re willing to share private messages and internal conversations. Unlike you, I will keep our private conversations private. (…) Your biggest problem is that everything you don’t know automatically becomes false. Fortunately, you don’t know everything.”
